Returns 
If you decide you don't like what you've bought from us, please contact us at help@luxurydiningsets.co.uk within 14 days of your order being delivered and we'll arrange to collect it from you. All returns are subject to the terms and conditions set out below.

Damages 
As part of our delivery service, upon arrival our drivers must check your new furniture with you and will photograph each item before you sign to receive the delivery. This process ensures complete peace of mind.

Manufacturing Fault  
We check and photograph every item with you before you sign to receive your furniture into your care. On the extremely rare occasion that a fault is discovered post delivery, please rest assured it will be dealt with promptly. Contact us at help@luxurydiningsets.co.uk within 14 days of your order being delivered. When contacting us, please include photos and a video of the fault where possible. We'll assess your issue and arrange to collect it from you. We can either give you a refund or order you a replacement.

Return Conditions 
For any return, if your product has required assembly, it needs to be disassembled and repackaged for us to collect it. All returns must be in the original packaging. Without original packaging it may not be possible to return an item. If you require members of our driving team to disassemble your dining table, coffee table or console table, this will likely come at an extra cost. 

Refunds 
If you need to return an item because it's damaged, or because of something we've done wrong, we'll refund you the full price of your item plus your initial delivery charge and we won't charge you for the collection.

If you're returning an item because you've decided you don't like what you've bought from us, post delivery, we'll refund you the full price of your item minus your delivery fee and an additional collection fee of £40. There is no collection fee for returning an item at the point of delivery.

Once we have collected and inspected your return, we will notify you of any refund amount. If your product shows obvious signs of use, we may only grant a partial refund on your item. Any refund will be applied to your original method of payment unless that payment was cash where a refund will be made by bank transfer. No refunds are given at the door upon collection. Please allow 48 hours from the point of collection for refunds to be processed. Card transaction refunds can take 3-5 working days once approved (subject to your card provider’s terms and conditions).

Warning:
* Please note - reflective surfaces in sunlight can cause sun/light damage to furnishings and surrounding areas. Please bear this in mind when placing the dining tables, as the silver chrome is a reflective surface *
